The star had a brilliant career in Hollywood but unexpectedly decided to step away from it in favor of a more private family life. The actress has not been appearing at social events. However, paparazzi captured her recently.

Cameron took advantage of the warm sunny weather and had a walk with close ones in Santa Barbara. She was seen wearing a light blue denim shirt, black sporty pants, simple sandals, and a cowboy hat. Her look was completed with strict black-framed glasses. Diaz chose natural beauty over makeup and tied her hair in a casual ponytail.

Walking alongside her was her 73-year-old mother, Billy Early, who looked youthful in a colorful blouse, white pants, and matching mules. Unlike the actress, who went without any jewelry, Billy accessorized her outfit with eye-catching pieces, including hoop earrings, a necklace, a bracelet, and a large ring with a big turquoise stone.

The ladies bought freshly squeezed vitamin drinks and took turns holding Reddix’s hand. The little girl was dressed in an adorable white suit with a fruit print and purple crocs. Later, Cameron’s 44- year-old husband, musician Benji Madden, joined the group. He was wearing the usual, a black long-sleeved hoodie with a hood, jeans, and a baseball cap.

The “Good Charlotte” backing vocalist had a cup of coffee in hand. The rocker picked up his wife, daughter, and mother-in-law in a black SUV, and they all headed to their home in Montecito. The couple resides in an exclusive gated enclave, where Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have also settled after stepping back from their royal duties.

Diaz and Madden first met in early 2014, introduced by Nicole Richie, who is married to Benji’s twin brother, Joel Madden. In January 2015, the couple got married. After two years, Cameron announced that she was tired of constant filming and traveling, so she put her career on hold, according to the Daily Mail.

On December 30, 2019, the couple welcomed their daughter, Reddix, through surrogacy. Recently, the actress did return to Hollywood life to some extent, starring in the film “Sleeper” on Netflix alongside Jamie Foxx and Kyle Chandler. However, according to the “Charlie’s Angels” star, parting with her only daughter was so difficult that she is currently turning down all offers. Recently, Cameron and Benji were spotted on a double date with friends at an upscale restaurant.
