Riley Gaines, an NCAA swimmer, is genuinely facing transgender female athletes who participate in women’s sports. After placing sixth in the NCAA Championships against controversial transgender swimmer Lia Thomas, Gaines is now actively fighting against the acceptance of transgender athletes in women’s sports.

According to the Mail Online, the swimmer is urging professional athletes to publicly address the issue, including Venus and Serena Williams. The swimmer questioned Serena and Venus on Twitter, asking, “What do you think about males competing with females?”

Remember from Serena’s 2013 statement to David Letterman? “I would lose 6-0, 6-0 in five or six minutes, maybe ten minutes, if I were to play Andy Murray.” Men are more faster and serve and hit harder than women; it’s just a different game, in my opinion, therefore men’s and women’s tennis are nearly entirely distinct sports.

I’m a huge fan of women’s tennis. I just want to play with girls so I won’t feel ashamed.” Gaines said during a speech at San Francisco State University that she was repeatedly struck by a man wearing a dress amid an ambush by pro-trans campaigners.
About Venus and Serena
Serena and Venus won 121 singles tournaments, 4 mixed doubles tournaments and occupied a total of more than 300 weeks at number one in singles and eight weeks also in the doubles rankings. After the 2002 French Open, Venus and Serena were number one and two respectively in the singles rankings.

Both are part of the small group of tennis players who have won the most titles ever. Partnering in women’s doubles tournaments, the Williams sisters have won 14 Grand Slam titles and on one occasion won 4 consecutively (from Wimbledon 2009 to Paris 2010), but not in the same calendar year.
