In this video, a guy is seen defending his land against would-be squatters. There is currently a lot of discussion regarding squatters and how they are harming property owners. Squatters have rights in a few places, but many people think they shouldn’t have any rights at all.
Changes have recently been made by at least one Republican governor to better protect property owners rather than the persistently dishonest squatters.
Republican Ron DeSantis of Florida signed the following laws:The governor signed legislation on Wednesday that puts a stop to the “squatter scam” in Florida and makes it possible for law enforcement to evict those who try to take over houses and properties in the state by claiming they have a right to stay.
