Jennifer Eckhart, a former Fox Business associate producer and podcast host, has died at the age of 36. Eckhart became widely known after filing a 2020 lawsuit against former Fox News anchor Ed Henry, accusing him of rape and sexual misconduct. Henry denied the allegations. Fox News fired Henry in 2020 following a sexual misconduct investigation. Eckhart’s lawsuit became a lengthy legal process, and her claims against Fox News were dismissed in 2025, while she reached a settlement with Henry that same year.
