However, it was unclear if it was related to his previous battle with cancer.<\/p>\n<p>Sources alleged Simpson was battling prostate cancer and receiving treatment in Las Vegas.<\/p>\n<p>While Simpson has not directly addressed the recent cancer reports on X, he did reassure his followers that he is not in hospice care, contrary to certain claims made by sources.
