Wearing her famous blonde hair down to her shoulders, and rocking her signature smoky eye makeup, the First Wives Club star sported a \u201cBe Kind to Your Mind\u201d t-shirt \u2013 sales of which benefit the MindUp charity, part of the Goldie Hawn Foundation \u2013 for the video.<\/p>\n

\u201cOk, this is my new t-shirt: \u2018Be kind to your mind\u2019,\u201d the proud grandmother, who has previously shared her own battle with depression, begins. \u201cAnd it\u2019s really important because our mindset is everything. It\u2019s how we go through the day, it\u2019s how we watch our mind, and how we care for it.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the clip, mental health advocate Goldie goes on to share her four steps to \u201ca happier brain\u201d \u2013 and among them is to smile.<\/p>\n

Because when you smile your brain smiles, too\u2026 What\u2019s going on in your brain when you smile even though you don\u2019t feel like it?
