Ana Navarro has been candid about her struggles with weight throughout her life. Last August, Navarro embarked on a wellness journey at the Rancholapuerta spa in Mexico with lifelong friends. The experience involved cooking and adopting healthier eating habits, alongside intensive exercise classes.Navarro acknowledged the profound impact of the wellness retreat, saying,<\/p>\n

\u201cWe did all sorts of exercise classes for hours a day. When we came back to Miami, we were determined to continue some of our healthy habits.\u201d<\/p>\n

Beyond the spa, she sought professional assistance, collaborating with a nutritionist and medical supervisor after discovering she was pre-diabetic. A completely different lifestyle, according to Navarro, helped her shed about 4-5 pounds a month.<\/p>\n
