This girl deserves all the praise in the world\u2026<\/p>\n<p>In the summer of 2016, 14-year-old Ellie Yeater decided to completely renovate a camper from 1974.<\/p>\n<p>She paid for it with birthday money and turned it into a beautiful space to call her own.<\/p>\n<p>Fixing up the inside was going to take a lot of work.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/newzdiscover.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/husvagn5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"465\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4904\" srcset=\"https:\/\/newzdiscover.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/husvagn5.jpg 600w, https:\/\/newzdiscover.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/husvagn5-300x233.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><br \/>\nFacebook\/Woodcraft<\/p>\n<p>All of the furniture had been untouched since the 70s and it needed a thorough renovation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt needed work\u2026 lots of work,\u201d Elli\u2019s mom, Lori, told Woodcraft.<\/p>\n<p>But Ellie was ready to take on her dream project, and she started by scraping the floors.<\/p>\n<p>Her father and brother are both expert renovators, and they were close at hand to help and guide her.<\/p>\n<p>After scraping the floors and removing the rot, it was time to start decorating.<\/p>\n<p>The first thing Ellie wanted to change was the color of the camper.<\/p>\n<p>She wanted it to give her own style, so she painted it a bright, beautiful blue called \u201cmystic sea.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Now, it was time to tackle the inside.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/newzdiscover.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/husvagn9.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4905\" srcset=\"https:\/\/newzdiscover.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/husvagn9.jpg 600w, https:\/\/newzdiscover.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/husvagn9-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/newzdiscover.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/husvagn9-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><br \/>\nFacebook\/Woodcraft<\/p>\n<p>Ellie painted it a peachy color and accented it with aqua blue.<\/p>\n<p>Ellie also laid down a brand new floor.<\/p>\n<p>Gone were the old tiles from the 70s, and in were fresh, new wood-patterned ones.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When summer vacation comes, a lot of students don\u2019t know what to do with their free time.
