This is how to prepare Dr. Budwig\u2019s diet:<\/p>\n
Mix a tablespoon flaxseed oil with 2 tablespoons organic cottage cheese for every 45kg of bodyweight.<\/p>\n
In a glass bowl, add a tablespoon of flaxseed oil, and add two tablespoons of organic cottage (2% fat or less). Mix well until the oil is completely gone. Do not mix with your hands \u2013 use a blender.<\/p>\n
Now shred a few tablespoons of golden or brown flax seeds, transfer to the glass bowl and add some of the mixture of the cottage cheese and oil. Mix well. You can add nuts, fruits or spices.<\/p>\n
