You\u2019d be forgiven for thinking that John Cena has just about done everything he ever set out to do. A world-class entertainer, WWE superstar, actor, rapper, and all-around good guy, his stellar reputation has been carefully crafted over many years.<\/p>\n

But it would seem there\u2019s still plenty more to come from Cena, who at 46 years old continues to break down doors and do good in the world.<\/p>\n

According to reports, the WWE wrestler was recognized last year by Guinness Book of World Records for having completed the most wishes granted through the incredible Make-A-Wish Foundation.<\/p>\n

Now, chances are if you\u2019re a fan of Cena you\u2019ll know he\u2019s been extremely active in making the wishes of children with critical illnesses come true since first bursting onto the scene in the early 2000s.<\/p>\n

What you might not know, however, is that he\u2019s granted a whopping 650 wishes via Make-A-Wish \u2013 more than anyone else out there.<\/p>\n

Needless to say, he\u2019s deserving of some serious praise, especially when it\u2019s considered just how busy his hectic schedule is.<\/p>\n

According to Little Things, Cena made his first Make-A-Wish Foundation wish come true all the way back in 2002, while in 2012 he made headlines after granting the foundation\u2019s 1000th wish.<\/p>\n

Fast forward to present day and his acts of compassion and kindness have never slowed. Impressively, he\u2019s said to be the only celebrity to have granted more than 200 wishes in the foundation\u2019s history!<\/p>\n

Upon granting his 500th wish, Cena said: \u201cI can\u2019t say enough how cool it is to see the kids so happy, and their families so happy, I truly want to show them that it\u2019s their day. I just drop everything. I don\u2019t care what I\u2019m doing.\u201d<\/p>\n
