Recently, I made my husband\u2019s favorite breakfast burrito as a surprise. I woke up early to prepare it for him before he left for work, knowing he\u2019d be busy.<\/p>\n<p>When he came home that evening, he seemed uncomfortable and eventually admitted he hadn\u2019t eaten the meal I made. Instead, he accepted food from a young coworker, saying he didn\u2019t want to be rude. I felt hurt and disrespected, especially after spending so much time preparing the meal.
