A TikTok video shared by Aaron (@daddyfiles) captured the heartwarming moment a seven-year-old boy recalled being told boys shouldn\u2019t wear nail polish.<\/p>\n
The video begins with the young boy showing off his freshly painted nails that match his football practice jersey.<\/p>\n
His father, Aaron, compliments him, \u201clooking good bud.\u201d<\/p>\n
Like any curious parent, Aaron asks his son how practice went. The boy hesitates for a second before revealing another child\u2019s mother told their kid that only girls were allowed to wear nail polish.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd what did you say?\u201d Aaron asked.<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd then I said your mom\u2019s only mad \u2019cause I got more taste,\u201d the boy said with confidence.<\/p>\n
After congratulating his son for standing up for himself, Aaron flipped the camera around to deliver a powerful message.<\/p>\n
\u201cAnyone can wear nail polish, even football players, even baseball players, anybody,\u201d he said. \u201cLet\u2019s knock off the crap.\u201d<\/p>\n
