On my way home, I heard footsteps\u2014I looked back, and it was that man. He said, \u201cWhy so fast, miss?\u201d I hurried, and he was still behind me. Suddenly, I heard a scream. I turned, and, shocked, I found that the cashier was grabbing the guy\u2019s hand, forcing him to stop. The man got scared and ran off.<\/p>\n
The cashier checked to make sure I was alright and then told me something chilling: this same guy had followed and robbed another girl at night. When he saw him in the store, he knew he had to step in.
